We bought a VW Crafter LWB from Pro Vans Yorkshire & it was a great experience from start to finish. We were nervous choosing a van but it all went smoothly and Helen was very helpful with any questions we had, replying quickly on WhatsApp. They even changing the back door for us when we realised it didn't quite shut properly before we purchased, changed the windscreen and fixed any small dents and imperfections (within reason) in their bodyshop. Full MOT before sale with 6 months warranty which they honoured when we had an issue with the touch screen entertainment display and this went very smoothly. Really pleased with the service and friendly staff.

Recently bought a Luton van from Pro Vans. Excellent service from staff who were very professional. Excellent vans on offer at very competitve prices. Overall experience superb. Looking to purchase another large van from them soon.
